Designing for Decision-Quality in High-Consequence Environments

I specialize in the modernization of complex, mission-critical technology portfolios. With over 7 years of experience driving impact across Defense and Healthcare, I bridge the gap between architectural complexity and operator reliability.

My work focuses on untangling high-information-entropy environments—from U.S. Air Force Command & Control (C2) systems to Oncology Research platforms—to ensure that technical scale never compromises mission success. I specialize in institutionalizing research governance and cross-functional standards that allow distributed teams to move faster with higher decision-quality.

I thrive in high-stakes environments where data density is a requirement, not a limitation. My goal is always to reduce operational risk while building the “connective tissue” between product suites to ensure a unified, reliable user experience.

Beyond the Screen Outside of architecting systems, I draw inspiration from global travel—immersing myself in new cultures, culinary traditions, and the varied ways humans navigate the world. I believe that understanding the “mental models” of different cultures makes me a more empathetic and effective systems designer.
